By accessing or using the Car64 application ("App") and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Car64 is currently in a private beta phase. You must be at least 13 years old to use Car64. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you may not create an account or provide any personal data to us.
Car64 is an unofficial, fan-made project. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Mattel, Inc., Hot Wheels™, or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates. The official Hot Wheels website can be found at hotwheels.mattel.com. The names Hot Wheels as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.
Car64 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Because we are in beta, the App may contain bugs, errors, or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee that your data (including your collection inventory) will not be lost or corrupted. We strongly recommend keeping personal backups. Car64 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. When using features like "Shared Garages", you agree not to upload offensive, illegal, or malicious content. Car64 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms or disrupt the community.
The code, design, and original graphics of Car64 are protected by intellectual property laws. If you believe that any content in the App infringes upon your copyright, please contact our designated DMCA agent at the email provided below with a detailed takedown request.
These Terms of Service and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to the App shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Austria.
